I bet the next event will have more people. Sometimes these things happen. What was the winning score? What course did you guys play?

Does that mean that the bans will be lifted?

Bans don't get put in place cause someone wore the wrong shirt at the wrong event - so its gonna take more than that for them to be lifted.

I'll let Tom put in the official word - but from my view - anything is possible.  But a universal lifting of  bans? no way.

Yes, I'd say that was definitely more 'casual' than the regina ones usually are... But it was still a great time. Glad my first drive didn't set the tone for my whole night though...

If you are serious about getting a better turnout at Saskatoon events, then lifting the bans is something that you really should consider.  All of that nonsense (in both directions!) happened a long time ago, and there has been a lot of water under the bridge since then.

It would be an olive branch of sorts.  Forgive and forget, from both sides.  What could it hurt?

peronally, if someone wants a ban lifted they should formally aproach the ssba, and ask for it to be lifted.
agree'd it happened a while ago, but just because the faces have changed, it doesn't mean the mission statement has.  This place won't become the wild west....,

Let's not open that can of worms here.  Bygones should be left bygone.  Some things have changed, and others haven't.  SSBA is a unique place in the world of internet forums, in that we aim to build a real riding community among members who are not anonymous to each other.

Our members come from many different demographics, have many different sets of values and different ideas of what they want (and don't want) out of their riding community and their forum.  The key to being a part of the SSBA is respect.  Anyone who gets that will be welcomed with open arms.  We are not about to undo past decisions on a batch basis just for the sake of doing it, but if the interest is expressed, cases may be revisited where appropriate.

Now please, back on topic. Smiley
