Nice garage.. I love big ones..*LOVE HAVING 5 bays* it's awsome... Did you frame it yourself.. If so whats with the bulk heads? Why isn't there a sill above them? dunno

I think you mean header's bulk heads are what we use to drop the ceiling around duct work ect.... but yes I agree it's weird to see no bottom plate on the garage door headers, usually the only time you dont put them is when you use LVL...but still nice size and drive-thru capability is a definite plus for sure!

I am planning a garage for my place and The City of Regina told me 800 sq is as big as I can go. I can apply to go bigger. So I am thinking 30 x 26 780 sq ft
